Responsibilities
- Owning end-to-end sourcing activity across a broad spend portfolio, with a key focus on engineering
- Acting as a true business partner to senior stakeholders - challenging, influencing, and driving better commercial decisions
- Leading complex tenders, negotiations, and supplier selection processes
- Using spend data and insight to shape strategy, not just report on it
- Driving supplier performance and building relationships that deliver long-term value
- Working cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Safety, and Projects to ensure robust, compliant procurement delivery
- Identifying and delivering continuous improvement across procurement processes and supplier base
