About the Role

Our client is looking for a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join their team in East London. You will play a key role in the successful letting of properties, delivering excellent customer service and helping the business meet its targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lettings process from enquiry to move-in
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of new lets in line with internal policies
  • Ensure smooth tenancy progression and compliance with internal and legal requirements
  • Provide first-class service to all clients, tenants, and contractors
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals

About You

  • Sales-driven and motivated with a proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Confident negotiator with strong organisational skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines

Experience & Requirements

  • Experience in a sales or target-driven role (property experience desirable)
  • Knowledge of the London lettings market, particularly build-to-rent (desirable)
  • Strong IT skills and proficient in written and verbal communication
  • Driving licence required
