We are working with a leading global financial services institution to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant to support a fast-paced Global Capital Markets team. This is a high-exposure front office role supporting Director through to Managing Director level stakeholders within a demanding, performance-driven environment.
The Role
You will provide proactive, senior-level support across a broad group of approximately 30 stakeholders. This is not a traditional 1:1 EA role - it requires confidence, resilience and the ability to operate at pace within a revenue-generating environment.
Responsibilities will include:
- Complex diary management across multiple time zones
- High-volume meeting coordination
- Preparing and formatting presentations and pitch materials
- Supporting with board-level documentation
- Minute taking when required
- Managing shifting priorities and last-minute changes
- Acting as a gatekeeper and trusted support within the team
The Candidate
We are looking for an EA with 6-7+ years' experience within front office investment banking, capital markets or asset management. You will be:
- Comfortable supporting senior Director to MD level stakeholders
- Highly organised and unflappable under pressure
- Strong with PowerPoint and presentation formatting
- Confident managing competing demands from multiple senior stakeholders
- Professional, resilient and solutions-focused
