The Role

You will provide proactive, senior‑level support across a broad group of approximately 30 stakeholders. This is not a traditional 1:1 EA role - it requires confidence, resilience and the ability to operate at pace within a revenue‑generating environment.

  • Supporting with board‑level documentation
  • Minute taking when required
  • Managing shifting priorities and last‑minute changes
  • Acting as a gatekeeper and trusted support within the team

The Candidate

We are looking for an EA with 6‑7+ years' experience within front office investment banking, capital markets or asset management. You will be:

  • Comfortable supporting senior Director to MD level stakeholders
  • Highly organised and unflappable under pressure
  • Strong with PowerPoint and presentation formatting
  • Confident managing competing demands from multiple senior stakeholders
  • Professional, resilient and solutions‑focused
