We are looking to drive growth through our web channel. To do this we need to maximise this as a channel for new business acquisition and retention. This means creating an ongoing backlog of tactical and strategic improvements to web functionality and messaging. We’re looking for someone to own this channel and create a web platform that delivers excellent customer journeys, whereby customers can find the information they need, complete online orders with ease and review details within my account.

This role will be crucial to owning the website improvements and coordinating campaign launches through the campaign team, leading the execution of these through the web. You’ll work with our leading digital agency and our internal developers to scope, prioritise and deliver improvements to the website. You’ll be able to report on these changes and evidence ongoing improvements in the website KPIs.

The right candidate will use their understanding of the digital landscape to deliver a growth strategy whilst owning day to day performance of the website.

  • Review competitor websites and other leading websites across other industries to create a list of short and long term improvements.
  • Review of digital measurement through Google Analytics to deliver web channel KPIs.
  • Track and report website activity weekly to deliver fast optimisations and changes in digital/web channel strategy.
  • Work with the sales and marketing to provide insightful reporting and analysis of marketing activity by using Google Analytics and Data Studio.
  • Plan and execute web optimisations in partnership with twentysix digital to influence reach, generate leads, increase direct sales and brand awareness.
  • Analyse data from marketing channels and review and optimise performance.
  • Manage relationships with external agency partners and internal web team.
  • Ensure that all messaging across the website are of consistently high quality in copy, tone and design and are optimised for engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor and provide accurate reports and analysis on website campaigns, website traffic and conversions, to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI).
  • Full mapping of tags implemented across the site and the captured data within these.
  • Scoping of future web channel resources and roles within this.
  • Own CMS platform (Kentico Kontent), having a deep understanding of how this is used across the site and what requests can be made through this vs development work.
  • You will have experience in Multi-variant, A/B split testing in optimising customer experience and sales journeys desired.

As well as:

  • Hands-on experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced scale-up environment.
  • Experience in digital marketing role within an agency or client side.
  • This role will need a combination of website experience and marketing knowledge.
  • Strong digital analytics capability and experience in using website marketing tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Good understanding of interpreting digital data for the benefit of optimisation.
  • Knowledge of existing and emerging digital marketing trends, optimisation techniques and social media platforms.
  • Excellent creative writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally, managing and leveraging senior-level relationships.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with a ‘start-up’ mindset.
  • Strong technical expertise in web technologies and CMS platforms and web hosting/security.
  • Experience in UX/UI design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and optimising websites for performance, mobile, and user experience.
  • Proven ability to manage SEO and analytics, using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Hotjar to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Project and content management skills, including website redesigns, content strategy, and collaboration with cross functional teams.
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications, such as degrees in digital/media/IT fields and credentials in SEO, analytics, UX, or project management.
