We are looking to drive growth through our web channel. To do this we need to maximise this as a channel for new business acquisition and retention. This means creating an ongoing backlog of tactical and strategic improvements to web functionality and messaging. We’re looking for someone to own this channel and create a web platform that delivers excellent customer journeys, whereby customers can find the information they need, complete online orders with ease and review details within my account.

You’ll work with our leading digital agency and our internal developers to scope, prioritise and deliver improvements to the website. You’ll be able to report on these changes and evidence ongoing improvements in the website KPIs.
