The Head of Marketing will be responsible for both shaping and delivering G.Network’s marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. This is a hands-on leadership role in a scaling business. Operating with a lean internal team, working closely with agency partners you will be expected to actively execute campaigns as well as define strategy. You will thrive in a start-up environment, taking ownership, moving at pace, and delivering measurable impact early. The role spans both B2B and B2C audiences, requiring a versatile approach to brand, demand generation, and customer engagement.

This role is integral to positioning G.Network as the leading full-fibre provider in London, ensuring our marketing activity translates into clear commercial outcomes. Responsibilities include:

  • Drive customer acquisition through multi-channel campaigns, including paid media, digital, email, social, PR, events, and partnerships.
  • Develop and deliver integrated marketing plans across both B2C and B2B audiences, tailoring messaging, channels, and propositions accordingly.
  • Build, position, and evolve the G.Network brand to reflect our ambition, values, and customer promise.
  • Oversee content strategy, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across all customer touchpoints.
  • Use customer insights and market data to shape campaigns and improve targeting and segmentation.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and customer teams to deliver integrated go-to market plans.
  • Own and manage the full marketing budget and all third-party agency relationships, acting as a hands-on partner to agencies to drive execution, performance, and ROI.
  • Ensure marketing performance is tracked through robust KPIs, reporting regularly to the executive team.
  • Be actively involved in the execution of campaigns across channels, not just strategy and oversight.
  • Work closely with external agencies and partners, briefing, managing, and optimising their output to deliver against business goals.
  • Prioritise initiatives that drive early, measurable impact, testing and iterating quickly.
