You will support our B2B and Residential customers by progressing their orders and enable service delivery by securing the wayleave permissions required for G.
Network to access and install within buildings, working collaboratively with landlords, managing agents and internal teams to remove legal, commercial and operational barriers quickly and efficiently.
- Reactive Case Management
- Take ownership of buildings referred because an order cannot progress without landlord or property access permission.
- Review each case, establish the specific wayleave requirement and agree the fastest appropriate route to resolution.
- Prioritise cases according to customer impact, revenue value, age, and likelihood of completion.
- Maintain clear case records, next actions, and expected completion dates.
- Landlord and Stakeholder Engagement
- Identify and engage the relevant landlord, freeholder, managing agent or authorised property representative.
- Explain the customer requirements, proposed installation and protections included within G. Network’s wayleave agreement.
- Address queries, objections and delays, using clear commercial judgement to keep cases moving.
- Negotiate and secure signed wayleave agreements within agreed authority and escalation routes.
- Internal Coordination and Order Progression
- Coordinate Legal, Survey, Engineering, Sales and Delivery input required to resolve each case.
- Identify alternative solutions where a full wayleave may not be required and apply the correct internal process.
- Escalate complex ownership, legal, cost or access issues promptly with a clear recommendation.
- Ensure signed agreements and relevant information are handed over accurately so the order can progress without further delay.
- Performance and Customer Experience
- Deliver agreed targets for wayleaves secured, orders unblocked, case ageing and completion times.
- Provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders and support a clear, professional customer journey.
- Keep CRM and reporting information accurate, current and suitable for forecasting and performance management.
You will be a confident, tenacious and influential relationship manager who can take ownership of multiple live cases, resolve obstacles and maintain momentum through to completion.
Essential Skills
- Experience in wayleaves, property access, account management, case management, customer resolution or complex B2B sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to identify the root cause of a blocked case and coordinate the right solution.
- Commercial judgement and confidence handling objections, costs and competing priorities.
- Strong organizational skills, thorough approach and CRM discipline across a high-volume caseload.
- Ability to work to targets, deadlines and service-level expectations in a fast-moving environment.
- A collaborative approach when working with Legal, Sales, Engineering and Delivery teams.
- Desired Experience
