G MASS are supporting a leading Investment Bank on a number of in-flight change initiatives across repo, stock borrow lending, and post-trade operations. We are seeking an experienced PM / BA Consultant to support delivery across a portfolio of initiatives including triparty setup, CREST membership, and triparty flow implementation. The role requires strong repo / stock borrow lending knowledge and a solid understanding of the associated front-to-back operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Support delivery of a number of in-flight business change initiatives across repo and stock borrow lending.
- Provide PM / BA support to help move initiatives forward across business and operational teams.
- Coordinate change activity related to triparty setup for specific entities.
- Support work associated with CREST membership setup.
- Support implementation activity for triparty flow for SIDAC.
- Work across stakeholders to help shape and progress a range of initiatives already in flight.
- Bring strong understanding of repo / stock borrow lending products and the related front-to-back operational lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Repo and stock borrow lending knowledge.
- Associated operational processes from front to back.
- PM / BA capacity within investment banking change environments.
- Ability to support multiple initiatives in parallel within a complex delivery setting.
Length: initial 6 month contract, with view to extension.
