We are looking for a professional to join a leading global financial services firm, renowned for its innovative approach, institutional client base and commitment to continuous improvement. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-performing product team delivering impactful solutions across fund services, operations, and capital markets.
As Product Manager, you\’ll support the Head of Product in identifying, developing, and launching new offerings across a suite of services for institutional clients. You’ll bring structure, creativity, and energy to both strategic planning and execution, helping shape the direction of an evolving product portfolio.
We are recruiting for both AVP & VP level.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans
- Help shape products designed for allocators – not hedge funds or asset managers
- Develop business cases and lead on idea generation and validation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technology, Operations, and Sales
- Translate vision into user stories, business requirements, and project plans
- Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to guide adoption and delivery
- Contribute to client pitches, product demos, pricing strategies, and marketing collateral
- Monitor emerging trends and identify opportunities for innovation
- 7–10 years\’ experience in product development, product management, or client-facing roles within financial services
- Strong commercial acumen and a client-focused mindset
- Skilled communicator able to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Comfortable working in Agile environments with exposure to tools like JIRA
- Proactive, analytical and detail-oriented with strong project management skills
- Experience within fund services, asset management, or capital markets is desirable
