A Lloyd’s market MGA is seeking a Renewal Support Analyst to join its growing team. This is a hands-on role supporting renewal activity and day-to-day engagement with brokers, ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation and timely delivery across all client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain renewal documentation, insurer submissions, and proposals in line with broker and client deadlines.
- Monitor placement status, premium flows, and renewal milestones across global markets.
- Collect and record client and exposure data, losses, contracts, and billing information accurately in internal systems.
- Liaise with underwriting, claims, analytics, and operations teams to gather necessary information for renewals and submissions.
- Ensure documentation is stored correctly, version-controlled, and compliant with internal processes.
- Provide prompt, professional responses to broker queries, escalating issues where required.
Requirements
- Some prior experience in the London Market insurance sector (MGA, broker, or carrier).
