This role is an opportunity to join the compliance and operations function of a fast-growing startup insurance broker, supporting the delivery of key onboarding, documentation and regulatory administration processes within a busy London Market environment. You will work closely with internal teams and external clients to manage high-volume administrative workflows, maintain KYC tracking and completion records, coordinate Terms of Business (TOBE) processing, and ensure documentation and communications are handled accurately and efficiently.
The position sits at the centre of a fast-paced operational environment, requiring strong organisation, attention to detail and proactive follow-up skills to keep multiple workstreams moving. You will gain hands-on exposure to how a broker operates day to day, while developing experience across compliance support, client coordination and process management within the London insurance market.
Responsibilities- Maintain KYC completion and tracking sheets.
- Manage inbox activity and client chasing.
- Handle TOBE (Terms of Business) processing.
- Support a heavily admin/process-driven workload for a startup broker environment.
- No prior compliance or TOBE background is required.
