We’re partnering with a a London-based specialist insurance client in their search for an experienced Bordereaux Analyst for a initial 3-month. This hybrid role requires 3 days per week in the Central London office, working closely with internal stakeholders to manage and process high-volume bordereaux data.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of delegated data, supporting operational efficiency during a critical reporting period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end bordereaux reporting using VIPR Intrali.
- Cleanse, validate, and reconcile bordereaux data across multiple workstreams.
- Investigate discrepancies and liaise with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Deliver accurate, deadline-driven reports to support underwriting and compliance functions.
- Support ongoing improvements to data processes, templates, and reporting standards.
- Solid experience working within bordereaux reporting roles in the London/Lloyds of London Market.
- Familiarity with delegated underwriting or binder business.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of VIPR Intrali or similar system is ideal.
- Advanced Excel skills, including reconciliation logic, PivotTables, and lookup functions
- Highly detail-oriented and organised with a proactive approach.
