Overview
We\’re looking for a technically astute and highly motivated Technical Analyst to join our team, working with a leading FinTech client in London. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you\’ll act as the technical voice in the room bridging the gap between business needs and the underlying technology that powers solutions. They have a strong BA function in place, so we\’re looking for someone who can represent the technical landscape in meetings, speak confidently about infrastructure, firewalls, architecture, and systems, and translate client conversations into actionable requirements for development and infrastructure teams.
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical liaison between client stakeholders and offshore engineering teams. Gather requirements with a strong understanding of technical architecture, infrastructure, firewalls, and system integration.
 - Attend and lead technical discussions with clients, providing insight and clarity around topics like ITSM, infrastructure design, technology architecture, and system development.
 - Take ownership of the technical delivery lifecycle, guiding the process from scoping through to implementation.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (including DevOps, Infrastructure, and Hosting) to align priorities and manage technical dependencies.
 - Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders, translating complex technical details into clear, concise progress updates and decision points.
 - Thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, where you lead, define structure, and solve problems proactively, particularly in areas that require technical understanding beyond traditional BA responsibilities.

Qualifications
- A strong Technical Analyst or BA with deep technical experience, particularly in system architecture, infrastructure, or software development.
 - Comfortable in client-facing roles, with the ability to confidently discuss networking, security (e.g., firewalls), integration, and platform infrastructure.
 - Familiarity with ITSM frameworks, system integration patterns, and technical project delivery.
 - Excellent communication skills, able to engage with developers, infrastructure engineers, and non-technical stakeholders alike.

Benefits
- Salary: £50k-70k per annum, depending on experience
 - Employment Type: Permanent, with an opportunity to go permanent at the client after 12 months
 - Company: G MASS Consulting
 - Impact: This role offers a unique opportunity to own and lead a process from the ground up, making a significant impact that you might not find in a larger, more structured organisation.
