G MASS is seeking a highly motivated Securities Operations Technology Analyst to join one of our multinational banking clients. The Securities Operations Technology Analyst is responsible for supporting the identification, analysis, development and implementation of AI-enabled solutions across Securities Operations. The role combines strong operational knowledge of securities processing with emerging AI and automation capabilities to improve efficiency, reduce operational risk and enhance control frameworks. The Analyst works closely with Operations, Technology, Data, Product Owners and third-party vendors to identify opportunities where automation and AI workflows can improve operational performance. The role requires practical experience of securities operations processes, particularly PSET (Place of Settlement), SSI (Standing Settlement Instructions) management and market settlement practices, alongside an interest in AI technologies and process transformation. Key Responsibilities Securities Operations Analysis Analyse operational workflows across Settlements, Asset Servicing, Corporate Actions and Cash Management functions. Support the investigation, remediation and automation of settlement exceptions and operational issues. Maintain knowledge of market practices, settlement lifecycles and post-trade processing. Perform impact assessments for operational, regulatory and technology-driven change. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processing. SSI, PSET
