- Define and oversee migration strategy from Kaizen, including mapping logic, reporting configurations and submission workflows.
- Provide technical governance across SIT, UAT, reconciliation and parallel-run testing phases.
- Partner closely with Regulatory Operations, BA and Data teams to resolve data quality and reporting integrity issues.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation including integration specifications, architecture decisions and operational runbooks.
- Manage technical risks and issues throughout delivery lifecycle, escalating where appropriate.
- Support post-go-live stabilisation and transition into BAU support teams.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Qomply, either from implementation, configuration or advanced operational usage.
- Deep regulatory reporting technology experience within investment banking or capital markets environments.

- Experience delivering or leading regulatory reporting platform migrations or implementations.

- Previous exposure to Kaizen Reporting Hub.
- Experience working closely with Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Front Office stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cloud-based regulatory platforms and API-driven integrations.
