G MASS is supporting a large-scale contract reconciliation initiative driven by a recent acquisition and a transition to a new billing and pricing model. The programme aims to simplify long-standing, complex contract arrangements with major banking clients and move from hundreds of invoices per bank per year to a single consolidated monthly or quarterly invoice. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role embedded within a client experience team, sponsored by Finance, and working closely with Sales and Commercial stakeholders. It is well suited to someone early-to-mid career who enjoys investigative work, navigating systems, and bringing structure to complex information. You will be supported by a broader delivery team providing validation, guidance, and escalation support, while being trusted to operate independently day to day. This role offers strong visibility across the organisation and the opportunity to grow with a complex, business-critical programme.

Responsibilities

  • Review and reconcile product and contract inventory for each client, working closely with Client Experience and Sales teams
  • Use Salesforce extensively to locate opportunities, contract records, and signed agreements
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and legacy issues arising from historic contracts and system migrations
  • Create and maintain structured contract folders for each bank, ensuring completeness and auditability
  • Support reconciliation for products not managed through Salesforce by liaising with Sales, Commercial, and Legal teams
  • Document findings clearly and elevate issues where clarification or validation is required

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with reconciliation-heavy tasks
  • Experience navigating Salesforce (or similar CRM systems) is highly desirable
  • Inquisitive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to follow issues through to resolution
  • Confidence engaging with multiple teams and stakeholders across Finance, Sales, CX, and Commercial
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and adapt as the project develops

Nice to have

  • Exposure to contract management, billing, or commercial operations
  • Experience working with legacy data or long-standing contractual arrangements
  • Financial services or enterprise B2B environment experience
