We are seeking an experienced Data Technician to join the Data Team within our Data Partnering Services function. This role is responsible for the detailed review and analysis of transactional premium and claims data within client Policy Administration Systems (PAS). You will undertake full data forensics - reconciling, tracing and validating premium and claims movements across market systems to ensure accuracy, timeliness and consistency of bureau data for in-scope clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Policy Administration oversight on behalf of in-scope clients, including:
    • Reconciliation of Signed Premium vs Written Premium
    • Review of USM paid claims vs SCM paid claims
    • SCM outstanding claims tracing
    • Tracing bureau messages through market systems (IMR, ECF)
    • Premium and claims bordereaux review against PAS (where applicable)
    • Treaty statement reconciliation to PAS (where applicable)
    • Resolution of signing queries
    • Outwards RI USM allocation
    • Month-end close activities

Additional responsibilities

  • Review of bordereaux management systems
  • AMIS signed data review
  • Liaison with Claims teams regarding flash claims reporting and follow-up transactions
  • Liaison with internal stakeholders on AMIS/PAS queries relating to USM and SCM data
  • Participation in Data Working Groups
  • Involvement in BP2 project initiatives
  • Contribution to RFP processes relating to new client systems
