Base pay range

G MASS Consulting are seeking an insurance professional to join our London Market Insurance client on a digital transformation project. Our client is expanding their digital ingestion services – an AI‑driven solution that automates the processing of complex underwriting submissions. Following its successful launch within other classes of business, the tool is now being scaled for use across other lines. They’re looking for a Product Analyst to support this rollout – working closely with the Product Manager, Product Owner and cross‑functional delivery teams to ensure smooth delivery, clear communication and effective stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the Product Manager and Product Owner with analysis, planning, and delivery
• Documenting current business processes and identifying areas for improvement
• Translating business requirements into clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborating with underwriters, data and tech teams to gather feedback and refine product needs
• Supporting sprint planning, backlog refinement and progress tracking
• Assisting in testing and validation of new features before release
• Contributing to continuous improvement of product delivery frameworks and user experience

Requirements

• Experience in a business analysis, product analyst, or product support role (insurance or financial services background advantageous)
• Strong analytical and organisational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Comfort working in a technology‑driven environment
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
• Degree qualified or equivalent experience
• Interest in AI or automation tools beneficial

Benefits

Initial 6‑month contract, with the expectation to be extended or to be made permanent with the end‑client. Salary to be discussed.
