We're supporting a London Market specialist insurance client in identifying a reliable, detail-focused graduate to take ownership of key bordereaux reporting tasks.
Key responsibilities:
- Receiving and reviewing incoming contracts and supporting documentation, ensuring all details are accurately captured and processed.
- Working closely with Compliance to review contract terms and documentation, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Managing and resolving queries or issues raised by underwriters and brokers, maintaining strong communication and professional relationships.
- Tracking the status of bordereaux submissions, ensuring timely receipt and processing.
- Performing reconciliations between written risks and cash premiums, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- Supporting internal reporting and data validation processes to ensure completeness and accuracy across all records.
Requirements:
- Strong aptitude for learning.
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, reconciliation logic).
- Confidence working with policy admin systems.
