FX Business Manager - Capital Markets COO Office - G MASS Consulting

G MASS Consulting are partnered with a leading global financial services group, as they seek a Business Manager to join the COO office of their Capital Markets business in London. This is a front-office aligned role, working directly with the Capital Markets COO and senior business heads, with a particular focus on the firm's FX franchise. The mandate combines day-to-day business management with leading complex, cross-functional commercial initiatives, including new business launches, capability buildouts and regulatory-driven change, across Sales, Trading, Operations, Technology and the Support exposure to structured products is strongly advantageous. Understanding of the Corporate FX space is highly desirable. Working understanding of credit risk (PFE) and market risk (VaR) metrics. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to align and, where necessary, challenge stakeholders across Front Office and the Support awareness of the Payment Services Regulations is beneficial. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of materials for senior management and governance forums, confident engaging key business stakeholders with credibility, while remaining hands-on and eager to learn and develop Exposure to Payments, FX Prime Brokerage (principal / agency) workflows, ISDA / CSA frameworks, CLS or SWIFT is advantageous but not essential.
