As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll support hiring across both businesses, helping us attract outstanding talent to support our continued growth and client delivery.
The Opportunity
Talent is at the centre of everything we do. In this role, you’ll work closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to identify, attract, and engage high-quality professionals across a broad range of Financial Services disciplines. You’ll support hiring for both permanent employees and consultant populations, helping us build strong talent pipelines and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.

- KYC and Client Onboarding

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting end-to-end hiring processes across G MASS Consulting and ace
- Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates through multiple channels
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Conducting candidate screening and qualification conversations
- Coordinating interviews and managing candidate processes
- Building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Developing market knowledge across Financial Services and consulting
- Contributing to hiring strategies that support the growth of the business
Who We’re Looking For
We’re interested in potential as much as experience. You might be:
- A recent graduate looking to start a career in Talent Acquisition
- Someone with up to 12 months of recruitment experience looking to accelerate their development
