G MASS Consulting and ace are seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our growing London team. This is a chance to play a key role in helping us identify, engage, and hire exceptional talent while building valuable expertise across Financial Services.
G MASS Consulting is a specialist resource augmentation consultancy focused on Financial Services. We partner with clients across banking, capital markets, investment management, and the London insurance market, helping them achieve success by providing expert consultants, industry knowledge, and innovative solutions.
As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you'll support hiring across both businesses, helping us attract outstanding talent to support our continued growth and client delivery. Talent is at the centre of everything we do.
In this role, you'll work closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to identify, attract, and engage high-quality professionals across a broad range of Financial Services disciplines. You'll support hiring for both permanent employees and consultant populations, helping us build strong talent pipelines and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.

A recent graduate looking to start a career in Talent Acquisition, someone with up to 12 months of recruitment experience looking to accelerate their development, or an early-career professional with transferable skills and a genuine interest in talent and people are encouraged to apply.
Previous Financial Services knowledge isn't required; we'll help you develop that. What we're looking for is attitude, aptitude, and a desire to build a successful career in Talent Acquisition.
