G M Monk Ltd is an electrical contractors’ firm, based in Eastbourne with a satellite office in Brighton & Hove. We have been established for over 45 years and offer a range of electrical services to key client groups (local authorities, NHS, schools/academies, commercial clients, and individuals) across Sussex and Kent. We currently employ 61 staff to support our operations and offer a friendly and supportive environment in which our staff thrive and feel valued.

Salary Range – £38,400 – £42,000
Purpose of the role
We are seeking to expand our team of Fire Alarm engineers to support our growth in this area with someone that has installation and commissioning experience.
The role will involve planned maintenance/servicing of alarm systems and reactive response cover for our clients. The role will also include out of hours emergency call out cover, alongside other rota’d engineers. The role holder will ensure compliance to all current standards, provide a high level of customer care and accurate report documentation.
