We are currently recruiting a Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business based on the outskirts of Wrexham. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role working in a fast-paced production environment.
As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for manufacturing wooden products using hand tools and machinery, ensuring all work is completed to quality and safety standards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and takes pride in producing a quality product.
Key Responsibilities:- Woodwork using hand tools and production machinery
- Working efficiently to meet daily output and quality targets
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Rotating shifts:
- 05:50β14:00
- 13:50β22:00
- Monday to Friday
- Weekly attendance bonus
- Weekly performance bonus
- Overtime available at enhanced rates
- Temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate
- Own transport is essential due to location
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual, repetitive tasks
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is desirable but not essential
