We are excited to be recruiting for Production Operatives on behalf of our client based in Silverstone. This role is temp to perm so after 12 weeks you will be taken on as a permanent member of staff!
As a Production Operative your role will include:
- Working with hand tools such as nail guns
- Working with heavy tools
The hours of work for the Production Operative role will be:
- Monday to Friday
- 06:00-14:30
- Possibility for bonus which is capped at £100 per week by exceeding daily targets
- Weekday Overtime paid at £17.08 per hour
- Saturday overtime paid at £19.71 - £26.28 per hour
To be a successful Production Operative, you will:
- Have experience in the timber industry
- Have experience in manufacturing
- Be confident working with tools
- Be fit and healthy
- Be able to work on your feet all day
- Speak and understand English
