Responsibilities:
- Supporting residents with their wellbeing on a day-to-day basis.
- Monitor, observe and record progress, ensuring care plans are followed effectively.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families and other support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide one to one support.
Requirements:
- You'll need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices to join us as a Registered Nurse (RGN).
- Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is important too, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
- Dedicated and compassionate, you'll pride yourself on your person-centred, thoughtful approach to nursing.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Must have at least 6 months experience.
- Must have Mandatory health training certificate.
- A valid Enhanced DBS.
