Key Responsibilities * Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with individual care plans. * Assess, monitor and evaluate residents' health and clinical conditions. * Administer medication safely in line with relevant policies and procedures. * Maintain accurate clinical records and nursing documentation. * Identify changes in residents' conditions and take appropriate action. * Liaise with GPs, healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams. * Support and supervise care staff where required. * Ensure compliance with safeguarding, infection prevention and health and safety standards. * Promote residents' dignity, independence and overall well-being. Essential Requirements * Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (Adult). * Previous experience in a UK care home or nursing home setting. * Valid DBS on the Update Service. * Up-to-date mandatory training certificates relevant to the role. * Strong clinical knowledge and medication management skills. * Excellent communication and documentation skills. * A professional, compassionate and reliable approach to patient care. * The right to work in the UK.
