Key Responsibilities * Provide personal care and support to residents with dignity and respect. * Assist residents with daily living activities, including washing, dressing and mobility. * Support residents with their physical and emotional well-being. * Monitor residents' conditions and report any concerns to the relevant senior staff. * Maintain accurate care records and follow individual care plans. * Follow safeguarding, infection prevention and health and safety procedures. * Work effectively with care home teams to deliver high-quality care. Essential Requirements * Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant in a UK care home or nursing home. * A compassionate, caring and professional attitude. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Knowledge of personal care, safeguarding and infection prevention. * Valid DBS on the Update Service. * Up-to-date mandatory training certificates, including practical Moving and Handling training where required. * The right to work in the UK.
