We are actively recruiting in your area to find Healthcare Assistants to join our ever-growing team to work in Residential and nursing homes. You would be playing a pivotal role in providing excellent support and care for clients including personal care, assisting with medications, daily activities and encouraging residents to lead a more fulfilled life.
Our shift patterns include earlies, lates, long days and night shifts. Our consultants will be happy to advise you on how this works if your application is successful.
Our new training scheme will allow candidates with minimum 6 months experience to access the healthcare sector and become high standard Health Care Assistants. It’s the perfect way to get yourself on the ladder for progression within the field, and then work with an agency that can provide you with excellent rates and flexible working patterns – two very sought-after aspects in any career.
Health Care Assistants daily tasks could include:
- Helping service users to undertake personal tasks.
- Serving food and helping them to eat if needed.
