A leading specialty and niche Lloyd’s insurance and reinsurance broker providing tailor-made solutions for both UK and international clients, covering all areas of insurance, binding authorities and reinsurance, has an opening for an Account Executive with experience of Employee Benefits business ideally across travel, PA and/or PMI.
It’s Account Executive level working closely with the Leader of this team, and paying between £50,000 - £65,000. They require someone with the drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while seeking new business opportunities and the ability to understand client needs and negotiation.
- Experience of delivering a highly customer focused service to tight and demanding timelines.
- Strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiating skills, ideally in, or looking to move into, a business/relationship development role.
This role provides key client relationship management to maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients on renewal and new business. This position will offer excellent career development and progression in a well-established team.
Current stance on hybrid working is circa 3 days in the office during probation and 1 – 2 days thereafter (or as required by the team/business).
