We are a family run landscaping company based in Kent, looking to employ a new project lead for our construction division.
Ideally the successful candidate should have 3 years or more experience within the construction sector, full driving licence and CSCS card.
They should have excellent communications skills with both the public and members of their team, self-motivated, reliable and organised.
They need to understand the importance of running each job to a timescale and making sure that they complete on time.
The role will involve you working with a team of operatives, responsible for your van and the ordering of materials for jobs as well as managing the timeline for each job, liaising with the Construction Manager as well as the client, commercial or private.
The candidate will need to be competent in all aspects of general building, internally and externally, including: general repairs, paving, kerbs, brickwork etc.
We currently have a few projects on the go and would like the candidate to come in and take over the running of some of these, so start date would be immediately.
