Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Commercial Surveyor role located in the Worcester and Kidderminster area, focusing on Management and Agency services. The role involves handling client instructions for managing, selling, and letting a variety of commercial and rural properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Conducting property inspections
- Preparing property valuations
- Negotiating leases
- Overseeing property management portfolios
