We are looking for a dedicated and professional Registered Nurse / Staff Nurse to provide safe, effective, and high-quality nursing care to residents/service users.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high standards of nursing care in line with care plans
- Administering medications safely and accurately
- Monitoring and assessing residents' physical and mental health needs
- Creating, reviewing, and updating care plans and risk assessments
- Managing and responding to clinical emergencies appropriately
- Supporting residents with wound care, catheter care, PEG care, and other clinical tasks where required
- Supervising and guiding care assistants/support workers
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and reports
- Ensuring compliance with NMC standards, safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety policies
- Working collaboratively with families, GPs, and multidisciplinary teams
Requirements:
- Valid NMC Pin
- Previous experience in a care home, nursing home, or healthcare setting preferred
