The Role:
Providing personal care, mobility assistance, nutrition and skin care assistance, medication support on a person-centred basis within children homes and community. Previous experience is helpful but not essential; an organised, caring and compassionate approach is required.
Responsibilities:
- Care for and support people in their own homes enabling them to continue to live at home safely and continue to maximise their independence in the community.
- Develop professional relationships through mutual trust and communicating effectively.
- Be a committed frontline carers team player.
- Maintain required standards at all times.
- Ensure management are given timely feedback.
