Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to oversee our two children's homes in Liverpool. This role allows for dual or solo registration, and we seek a candidate with a strong background in children's services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the children's home(s).
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and standards.
- Lead and develop staff teams to provide high-quality care.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and external agencies.
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and welfare of all children in our care.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in children's residential care.
