We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant / Support Worker to join our team. The role involves providing high-quality care and support to residents/service users in a safe, respectful, and person-centred manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting residents with personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
  • Supporting with mobility and safe moving & handling
  • Helping residents with meals, hydration, and nutrition

  • Maintaining accurate care records and documentation
  • Following all safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety procedures
