We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead a residential children's home in Liverpool.

Key Requirements:

  • Must have successfully gone through Ofsted registration
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential setting
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding standards
  • Ability to lead, develop, and manage a team effectively
  • Experience in registering new homes (desirable)

Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the home
  • Ensure high-quality care and support for children and young people
  • Maintain compliance with Ofsted standards and regulations
  • Lead on registration of one or two homes
  • Promote a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment

Salary & Benefits:

  • £50,000 per annum (for one home)
  • £60,000 per annum (for two homes)
  • £2,500 bonus upon successful registration of each home
