We are seeking a professional and compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality clinical care and ensure the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of residents. You will be responsible for leading care delivery, administering medication, overseeing support staff, and maintaining clinical standards in line with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based nursing care.
- Administer and manage medication in accordance with NMC guidelines.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans.
- Monitor residents' clinical conditions and respond appropriately to changes.
- Lead and supervise Care & Support Workers on shift.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
- Liaise with GPs, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety policies.
Requirements
- Valid NMC registration (Active PIN).
- Previous nursing experience in a care home or similar setting preferred.
- Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Must have practical Moving & Handling training (hands-on competency preferred).
Please note: Nurses without practical Moving & Handling skills may not be accepted for this shift.

- You are required to arrive in your own clothes and change into your uniform at the home.
- You must bring valid proof of ID (ID badge, passport, or driving licence). Failure to comply may result in being turned away from the shift.
