We are looking for a dedicated and professional Registered Nurse / Staff Nurse to provide safe, effective, and high-quality nursing care to residents/service users.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high standards of nursing care in line with care plans
  • Administering medications safely and accurately
  • Monitoring and assessing residents' physical and mental health needs
  • Creating, reviewing, and updating care plans and risk assessments
  • Managing and responding to clinical emergencies appropriately
  • Supporting residents with wound care, catheter care, PEG care, and other clinical tasks where required
  • Supervising and guiding care assistants/support workers
  • Maintaining accurate clinical records and reports
  • Ensuring compliance with NMC standards, safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety policies
  • Working collaboratively with families, GPs, and multidisciplinary teams

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC Pin
  • Previous experience in a care home, nursing home, or healthcare setting preferred
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • Professional, compassionate, and flexible approach to work
