About the position

Position title: Executive Search Recruitment Consultant

Location: 33 Cavendish Square, London W1G 0PW - 5 days in office Mon-Fri

This is an entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or those with no prior Recruitment experience.

You’ll be working in a strong 360 Recruitment role, with focus on strong permanent placements in the US market; market specialism will be dependent on business team.

  • Identify and win new clients across your sector and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Effectively manage end-to-end Executive search assignments, from client briefing through to placement; manage interviews, feedback, and offer negotiation.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, headhunt global senior talent, build strong candidate pipelines and keep up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Consistently hit personal billing targets and KPIs while contributing to wider team success.
  • Keep the CRM databases updated.
