We’re now looking for ambitious graduates to join our growing team in Leeds as Executive Search Consultants, where you’ll gain the skills, training, and experience to build a high-impact career in executive search and talent consulting.

The Role

As a Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-impact recruitment and advisory projects. You’ll:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and talent strategies
  • Research, identify, and engage with senior-level professionals across specialist markets
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to match candidates with the right opportunities
  • Manage recruitment processes end-to-end, from initial brief to offer and placement
