We are looking to recruit the following positions:
- Sous Chef - £15.30 per hour including guaranteed tips (with a wage increase once trained to Head Chef level). Live in available £78 per week. The successful candidate will need to do trial shifts at the Lakes Hotel & Spa Bowness.
- 2nd Sous Chef - £15.30 including guaranteed tips. Live in available £78 per week. The successful candidate will need to do trial shifts at the Lakes Hotel & Spa Bowness.
- Chef de Partie - £14.45 per hour including guaranteed tips. Live in available £78 per week.
- Commis Chefs - £14.05 per hour including guaranteed tips.
- Kitchen Assistant - £13.80 per hour including guaranteed tips - to be involved in all kitchen preparation.
- Kitchen Porters - £13.75 per hour including guaranteed tips.
- Pub Manager - £42,000 per year plus volume bonus to be discussed at interview. This position is very responsible and must have a hands-on customer-focused attitude and will endure long unsociable hours including weekends and be responsible for each department. Live in available £78 per week.
- Front of House Manager - £14.45 per hour including guaranteed tips – Full time.
- Bar Manager - £14.25 per hour including guaranteed tips – Full time.
- Bar Staff - £13.80 per hour including guaranteed tips - Full and part time positions available.
- Waiting on Staff (21 years old and over) - £13.80 per hour including guaranteed tips. Full and part time positions available.
- Waiting on and Bar Staff (18-21 years old) - £12.50 per hour including guaranteed tips.
- Waiting on Staff (16 – 17 years old) - £10.00 per hour including guaranteed tips.
- Part Time Cleaner - 9.30am – 1pm £13.80 per hour including guaranteed tips.
- Gardener - Self employed.
The Pub will be card only so we expect very little in tips. We will be charging a small discretionary service charge of 4% which can be removed by the customer. The company will guarantee £1 per hour from the service charge; if there is anything above that figure this will be paid at the end of the month, split between the whole team.
