Full-Time | 4 on - 4 off | 12 Hour Shifts | Permanent Position
We are currently looking for a hardworking, reliable, and safety-conscious Production Operative to support the production teams on-site. This is a hands-on role offering great long-term opportunities for progression in a stable and growing business.
Key Responsibilities:- Assisting Technical Operators and the Supervisor with production tasks
- Feeding raw materials into machines
- Wrapping, stacking, and moving finished goods
- Keeping the working area clean, safe, and organised
- Supporting with machine changeovers and basic maintenance tasks
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures at all times
- Previous experience working around Extruders or Extrusion Machinery would be nice, but not essential.
- Previous experience in manufacturing is preferred
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good level of physical fitness β this is a manual role
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Flexible with working hours β shift work required
- Counterbalance FLT License preferred.
