Production Operative – Extrusion\\nLocation: Leeds\\nFull-Time | 4 on – 4 off | 12 Hour Shifts | Permanent Position\\n\\nWe are currently looking for a hardworking, reliable, and safety-conscious Production Operative to support the production teams on-site. This is a hands-on role offering great long-term opportunities for progression in a stable and growing business.\\n\\n🔧 Key Responsibilities:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Assisting Technical Operators and the Supervisor with production tasks\\n\\n * \\n\\n Feeding raw materials into machines\\n\\n * \\n\\n Wrapping, stacking, and moving finished goods\\n\\n * \\n\\n Keeping the working area clean, safe, and organised\\n\\n * \\n\\n Supporting with machine changeovers and basic maintenance tasks\\n\\n * \\n\\n Adhering to all health and safety procedures at all times\\n\\n✅ What We’re Looking For:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Previous experience working around Extruders or Extrusion Machinery would be nice, but not essential.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Previous experience in manufacturing is preferred\\n\\n * \\n\\n A strong work ethic and willingness to learn\\n\\n * \\n\\n Good level of physical fitness – this is a manual role\\n\\n * \\n\\n Reliable, punctual, and a team player\\n\\n * \\n\\n Flexible with working hours – shift work required\\n\\n * \\n\\n Counterbalance FLT License preferred.\\n\\n💷 What We Offer:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Competitive hourly rate\\n\\n * \\n\\n Shift allowance (where applicable)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Full training provided\\n\\n * \\n\\n Overtime available\\n\\n * \\n\\n Career development and internal progression\\n\\n * \\n\\n Friendly and supportive team environment\\n\\n📩 Interested?\\n\\nSend your CV to the G Force Recruitment team via CV Library.
