VACANCY - FLT Driver (Counterbalance) 📍Location: Leeds 💵Salary: £30k - £35k PA DOE (Overtime available 1.5) 📅Working week: Days - Monday to Friday | Hrs 8am – 4.30pm (flexible) | Full-time Permanent Position 🏭 Industry: Logistics / Warehouse The Role: We are currently looking for a hardworking, reliable, and safety-conscious Counterbalance FLT Driver to support key logistics contracts for a growing and reputable organisation based in the South Leeds area. This is a hands-on logistics and operational role offering great long-term opportunities for progression in a stable and growing business. Key Responsibilities: * FLT driving (Counterbalance) good in/out. Navigating pallets of raw material and product from production to warehouse and vice-versa * Loading and unloading lorries with high-risk materials * Assisting teams and Operations with production tasks * Wrapping, stacking, and moving finished goods * Supporting with booking in and out of goods/pallets and general admin tasks when required * Keeping the working area clean, safe, and organised * Adhering to all health and safety procedures at all times Candidate specification: * In-date Counterbalance FLT licence * Previous experience with high-risk products/materials such as glass * A strong work ethic and willingness to learn * Good level of physical fitness – the role can involve manual work * Reliable, punctual, and a team player * MS Office experience for basic admin support * Flexible with working hours due to logistic demands 📩 Apply Now If you’re an experienced FLT driver, willing to get stuck into a growing and thriving logistics and warehouse organisation, we’d love to hear from you.
