Key Responsibilities
- FLT driving (Counterbalance) good in/out.
- Navigating pallets of raw material and product from production to warehouse and vice-versa.
- Loading and unloading lorries.
- Assisting teams and Operations with production tasks.
- Wrapping, stacking, and moving finished goods.
- Keeping the working area clean, safe, and organised.
- Supporting with machine changeovers and basic maintenance tasks.
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures at all times.
What We're Looking For / Candidate Specification
- Previous experience working around extruders or extrusion machinery would be nice, but not essential.
- In-date Counterbalance FLT licence.
- Previous experience in industrial manufacturing is preferred.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Good level of physical fitness - the role can involve manual work.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Flexible with working hours - overtime at time and a half.
