Permanent - Site Installations Manager (MEICA)

Location: South Yorkshire – Travel UK wide

Salary package: £55k - £58k p/a + pension + medical + 25 days hols. + package

Working week: Monday to Friday, 37hr standard week + Overtime

The Client: Our client is a leading UK engineering and construction installation organisation, specialising in large mechanical, electrical and control projects from initial concept through to installation and commission. They operate in heavy engineering sectors, including nuclear, infrastructure, marine and specialist lifting.

They are seeking an experienced Site Manager due to continued growth of projects to lead site installations.

The role: This is an autonomous Site Installation Manager role, managing full installation lifecycle, from site installation to commission and handover, particularly across disciplines including mechanical, electrical and hydraulic plant.

Site Installation Manager - Daily Responsibilities:

  • Site Management, planning & CDM Coordination
  • Working on plants within a project related environment, incorporating mechanical/ electrical/ hydraulic installation
  • Managing NEC contracts
  • Preparing site programmes using Microsoft Project, risk assessments and method statements (RAMs)
  • Managing the dismantling, refurbishment and installation of a variety of large complex structures
