Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and professional Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves engaging with potential clients via telephone to promote our products and services, primarily focusing on B2B sales. The successful candidate will play a vital part in expanding our customer base and strengthening client relationships. Fluency in English is essential. The position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sales to develop their careers within a supportive environment. This can be a flexible position if required working Monday – Thursday if needed and possibility of working round School holidays.

This position will be to start January 5th 2026 for the busiest period.

Duties

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our products and services effectively.
  • Engage in B2B sales conversations, identifying client needs and presenting suitable solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions within CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities.
  • Update and manage contact information.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets and improving outreach efforts.
  • Adhere to company scripts and guidelines while maintaining a natural, engaging conversation style.
  • Track call outcomes and prepare reports on daily activities and results.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, tele-sales, or B2B sales is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and motivation to achieve targets. This role offers an engaging environment for driven individuals eager to advance their careers in sales through effective communication and relationship-building skills.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Β£15,262.50-Β£35,114.52 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
