Main duties of the job The Role As a GP within our practice, you will: Work across our 3 sites within Dean Medical Practice although predominately based at Blakeney Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to a diverse patient population Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Contribute to continuous improvement and service development Support preventive healthcare and population health initiatives Maintain excellent clinical standards and patient experience We Are Looking For GMC-registered General Practitioner Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to patient-centred care Team player with a positive and proactive approach Passion for innovation and continuous improvement What We Offer Competitive remuneration NHS Pension Scheme BMA model contract terms
